Interview with Deaf Community
When walking into the gymnasium I was a little overwhelmed take a shit it oning I had to pick 2 passel to interview while also knowing I merely had a short time to do it. So because of this I started looking around wondering who I was going to actually interview. Around halftime of the boys game I sight this woman that was sitting behind me and I decided I was going to interview her. I got her attention by gesture my hand to get her attention and then introducing myself letting her know I needed someone to interview. She politely told me she would be perfectly fine with the interview, so then it started.
We asked her first her name which was Kacie, and then we went on getting to her life sentence from when she was young till her bear day life. We found out she was born in Massillon, but now lives in Johnstown. While she was in school she attended Dover heights school. We soon figured out that she did in fact love attending a deaf high school. When we asked Kacie how she felt about deaf students being mainstreamed into unrestricted schools she informed us that she has had experience with both types of schools and has reason to identical or not like both. She believed it was really okay as long as the child was happy.



Now in her life she has her Massage Therapist License that she enjoys. We discovered that Kacie became deaf when she was 2 from her sickness with spinal meningitis, also that she did not recall herself interview at all since she was so young. Growing up she was not a part of a deaf family, her whole family was hearing. Her best-loved method of signing is PSE because she notified us that it is easier to communicate most of the time. When she was exploitation up she communicated to her family with her voice with very little sign and to this day she still does. When we asked her about the TV show switched at kin she told us she liked the show but has only seen it two or three times.
