Introduction
Over a persons lifetime they enlarge styles and tactics in response to different types of situations with battle. Style preferences go bad over a persons lifetime establish on a complicated blend of genetics, life experiences, family background, and private philosophy. By the time you are an adult, your basic orientation to affair is in place (Wilmot & Hocker, p.144). When it comes to infringe I bring in developed a style with strengths and weaknesses. My strengths are that I am very compromising and I will collaborate with others when it comes to conflict. The weaknesses that I deport developed over time are that I tend to avoid conflict or accommodate to others necessarily when it comes to situations with conflict. In different environments, such as in personalizedized relationships and work relationships people develop different approaches to conflict. In personal relationships, where I feel the most comfortable, I video display more than strengths than weakness when it comes to conflict. The opposite for work or non-personal relationships, I show more weakness than strengths when it comes to matters with conflict.
Throughout this course and assessments I have learned to analyze what I need to do to bastinado the weaknesses I have developed over time. Through synopsis I have learned that you have to handle situations with conflict head-on. Avoidance and accommodation end up never resoluteness the conflict.
Background/Research
There are many different styles of conflict that have been studied over the years. The most popular name is one that utilized a quin-style approach.
