Wellness in Adults and Young Children
(1) Describe what you learned regarding your protest health and the wellness of new-fangled children.
(2) Explain how nutrition, health and safety interrelate to affect your own wellness and the wellness of fresh children.
(3) Using Developmentally Appropriate Practices, describe how the concept of wellness can be taught to a preschool child.Â
Wellness in young children is a great concern in United States you fork over children who are overweight before the age of six eld old and depressting heat disease and diabetes in high numbers from generation before. Mrs. Obama wants to bring more fruits and veggie into schools lunches and into the neighborhoods where they cannot get fresh fruits and vegetable so children will not be missing a lot of time from school not getting injury on the playground.
As adult we perk up to show sample to children in our lives that on eating the wear foods and exercising and safety around the house.
After taking the self-inventory, I learn that I need some work on my sleeping habits and food choices and even exercising. My reflection and comments are as follow when they ask do you eat vegetable and fruits with every meal I wrote I always eat vegetable but not fruits I am not a big fruit eater but now I am trying to lose weight I been easily adding fruits into my diet. Working as a cashier, we are drill on safety rules around the store and what we can do to block getting injuries and missing time from work.
