When I was a junior in high instill, one day I decided to line up my dad while he was staying at his moms house. After my p arents got divorced he didnt have a place to live, so he was staying there while gain vigork to find a new house. I wanted to go there, because not only did I want to talk to my dad, moreover I was excited to get to see my family that I hadnt seen in a truly long time. After my parents separated, I stayed with my mom, and consequently, I got to see my dads side of the family little and less. When I was a little kid (no older than twelve) I remember my grandmothers house used to be where everyone in the family got together to visit. We would have regular dinner there, where the self-coloured family got together and that socialized. But unfortunately, family gatherings deal this became scarcer and scarcer as I got older. But when I got there I was thrilled to find my full cousin, Curtis and his girlfriend, and his dad there, as well as my uncle Kelly, all just sitting in the living room. They were pretty glad to see me, and naturally discussion began of where I went to school and how I was doing and so on I told them I was going to Lubbock High School and I was in the band and I was doing all right.
I was regal to be going to a smart school like Lubbock High. Lubbock High is a very liberal school and is very ethnically diverse due to its location because there are many Hispanics and Black who live in the rather sorry areas around Lubbock High, but it is also a magnet school so it attracts many wealthy white kids as well. My cousin made a remark that then rather impress me. He said something about some black good deal he saw that go there but he used the word nigger. I was surprised, that even Curtiss dad chuckled at this.
