Due to the fact that rebel groups dont always adhere directly to the laws and regulations of the Philippines, the government sanctimoniousness do much to stop these rebel groups from using Child Soldiers because they say the children are doing voluntarily. Although the Philippines has stop the use of Child Soldiers in their country, they currently have no involvement in trying to stop the use of Child Soldiers elsewhere.
