The topic that I chose to write about is nature. let out of the many rimes that we have read in class in that respect are many that talk about nature and call down to some if not all of the five sense. The three that I leave behind be talking about are poem come 26 from the anonymous poems, poem number 41 Amergins Songs, and poem number 60 A alternative of Verses attributed to Suibne Geilt.
Poem number 26 from the anonymous poems describes a clustering of flesh out about animals and the scenery. An example of some such details is how the antecedent describes blackbirds singing their full song. He in addition dialog about how a cuckoo calls hardily and vigorously. Some of the scenery that the author mentions is pale bog cotton and describes it as it flourishing faintly. in that respect was also mention of woods and how he related the sounds to a harp playing music. The author says that the harsh wind of spend are gone, meaning that its now summer, and that the trees are fruitful which signifies that the trees are out of hibernation and are now growing leaves.
Poem number 41, Amergins Songs, is saturated with nature that appeals to some of the five senses. hotshot of the things from this poem that appeal to sight is I am a hawk on a cliff. Another description is how he describes himself as a salmon in a pocket billiards lake on a plain.
The author also describes how the water waterfall into the lake at its basin and how the lake is a deep pool because of this. on that point is also mention of how search are teeming in the sea and how they are making their way toward land. He describes the fish as birds that fly under the waves like birds. This poem also talks about how hundreds of plump salmon sing a song which appeals to the sense of hearing.
Finally, the last poem that I will talk about is number 60 appeals to the senses of sight, touch, and hearing. One of the imaging that appeals to sight is how the author described evergreen cress as green.
