Faking though rotter hide some of introverts best qualities and though they whitethorn non have a lot of friends the ones that they choose to have are very deep and meaningful. They are good listeners, assess chance and can remain focus for long periods of time which may be why 40% of high-powered business people are introverts (Walsh, 2012). These leaders are able to hear their employees and line of work a lot better than someone who is talking and not very good with a one on one conversation.
