Katniss Everdeen is the main charter in the hunger games. She steps in and takes her sisters place when her little sisters name gets called at the reaping. Katniss takes her little sisters lace because she didnt want to lose her sister. She goes into the arena with a boy from her soil named peeta. With her stick out ruffian and courageous self she hits the games. Let me justify why.
Throughout the games katniss needs to use certain s eats. She was very brave taking her sisters place. She had to overcome some very tough battles. She volunteered for her sister because she knew that if she didnt she would lose her in these cruel games. Through the games she had to kill a lot of people and she didnt want to so she had to adjust to killing people to survive. She had to prove to everyone that she wasnt infirm and that she could have the guts to win.
Katniss was very to herself and self-centered. She never really candid up to anyone. She was very shy at the beginning only more into the games she opened up and transformed to this new persona. She well-read how to work with peeta and they became partners and helped each other win. It was a very tough struggle to be in the hunger games.
Katniss really had to counselling during the games to. She is focused about her life and if she will declare it or not in the hunger games. She promised her sister that she would try and win for her. She strives for survival because if she doesnt then theyll think shes weak. She treasured to win for her district to because everyone takes her district for granted and she wanted to make a name for it.
Towards the end Katniss and Peeta win but I dont think the real big take down is that she and Peeta win its the journey it took them though to get them to the finally. They risked their lives and point their families in stressful times.
