PRESIDENTIALISM
The chairwoman is the sole effective head of governmenti constitutionally armed with legitimate decision-making powers.
The United States has particular form of presentialism.
-The president and the congress are elected separately.
-Lawmaking depends on a balance of Congressional and presidential powers.
-The supreme court may strike down laws as unconstutional
-The president, the congress and the states arsehole together override decisions of the supreme court.

In this system, there is no seperation of powers between the legislative and executive branches as in the United States; rather, there is alinement of powers between the legislature and executive.
