First of all, let us look at the fuss that needs to be changed. The problem is the way new employees are hired and how quickly. One thing to look at is the drug free program. My company is known for the way they do not hire drug users. Yet, even though we have a strict no drug use policy, employees are put to work before the drug test comes back. This could slip by to well-nighone working on the job that is under the persuade of drug which could leave the company open for law suits and people to get hurt in the mean time.
Another problem with the way new hires are hired is the fact that some people may be trying to work in our country illegally and our company is to make sure that does not happen. When a person is hired their name must go through a government database to ensure the new hire is who he or she says he or she is. Also, if a person is caught work for us that is not legal than the company can be fined greatly.
Next, there has been a problem with the company not wanting to pay new hires if they do not mind the screening process even after three or four work days have passed before the screening process is complete.
