As I enunciate in chapter 1, there are several metaphysical theories. The dry thing is that metaphysicians desire to reduce all subjects of the world into as few categories as possible, yet there are so many different theories for just one specific subject. This chapter confounded me a pass around. It drug on in different subjects roughly the separate theories of metaphysics and a sens of the information and opinions given seeed very provable and repetitive. I felt like a plenitude of what I read in this chapter was mentations and theories that I had already lettered in TOK or things that I already knew out of dainty common sense. The difference being that I check overed it in much simpler terms and more interesting ways.
One of the sections of this chapter is denomination Things and eveningts, which is obviously a very broad topic. The section goes on to discuss how to identify what subjects are things and which subjects are events. This does not seem to be something that we need to waste our time reading about. Even a high school student can understandably identify things from events. Naturalism on the other hand was a more interesting section of the chapter. It was not as obvious or as well of a known idea as Things and Events, so there was something to actually extract and learn from it.
The idea that every subject surrounding us originates from nature is an intriguing idea and one that makes sense if explained. I dog-tired some time thinking over this idea and that it could be the possible truth. Everything around us did indeed have to simoleons in nature at one point. Without a lot of the natural substances and resources, we would not be able to create the man-made materials that we use daily. Not to mention humans, we do come from nature.
The subjects scripted about in this chapter seemed so pointless to me. The ideas were so incredibly obvious and almost mind numbing to read.
